Study of Optical Coatings for High Power 808nm Quantum Well Laser through Experiments

用实验方法研究了高反射和减反射薄膜对 80 8nm大功率量子阱激光器光电性能参数的影响 ,发现腔面镀膜能够显著提高激光输出功率、斜率效率和电光转换效率 ,可以对激射波长进行微调 。

High reflectance and anti-reflectance optical coatings have been used for high power 808nm quantum well laser. They can highly improve the P0 , Es and Ep as well as tuning the wavelength of the laser.
