老化前后湿干处理对番茄及菜花种子的效应 被引量:12

Effects of Hydriation—dehydvation Treatments on Pre-and Post-deteriorated Seeds of Tomato and Cauliflower

摘要 本文以番茄种子(“中杂4号”,“中蔬6号”)和菜花种子(“荷兰雪球”“法国雪球”)为材料,进行湿干处理。结果显示,处理的种子在不同温度条件下发芽率比对照稍有提高,而幼苗生长速度则明显加快,在人工及自然老化条件下,劣变前、后湿干处理以及劣变前后2次处理均能提高或维持种子活力,表现在发芽率,平均苗长,活力指数和贮藏物质转化效率几项指标均极显著高于对照的。浸泡液电导率的降低,表明湿干处理有利于种子细胞膜系统的修复。结果还显示,2次处理的效果更好。 Seeds of tomato (CV.“Zhongxa No.4”“zhongshu No.6”) and cauliflower (CV.“DutchSnowball”&“French Snowbtall”) were hydrated to25.4% and 21.4% moisture Content (on wetbase),respectively,and drled back to their original weight.Then,tile hydrated—dehydzatedseeds (HD),original,with untreated seeds (CK),were subjected to vaviouscdeterionating conditio-ns.A second hydration—dehydration treatment was applied to one half of HD and CKseeds respectively,After aging,germination and conusectivity test were condrcted HD,beforeaging enhanced germination and seedling growth at various,temperatures,As for the agedseeds,results showed a siginficantincrease in germination pescentage,mean seeding length,-vigos index and mobilization efficiency in hydrated—dehydrated seeds,HD also reducedcondvctivity,Their effects were conistent in vosithises and diverse aging conditions,Based onall the alove data,it could it conclvaded that the hydration—dehydzation treatment is aneffective method to alleviate seed dcterioration,and,a second treatment (HD—DH) to thepretreated seeds after aging proved,at least in species of tomato and cauliflower,morebeneficial than either of the single treatments (HD-CK or CK-HD),The results ofconductivity test supported the putative concept that HD can prevent membrane systemsfrom damage in storage as well as in rehydration.
