本文介绍了某工程超早强微膨胀自密实灌浆料的配制情况。配制出的灌浆料坍落度不小于270mm;抗渗等级不小于W8;一天强度19MPa～31MPa;3天强度36MPa～55MPa;28天强度63MPa～83MPa;竖向膨胀率不小于0 02%;价格不大于800元/m3。
This text introduced the method of confect super early strong stength,tiny-expansile,self-compacted grouting material.Its collapse highth is not less 270mm.Anti-penetrability grade is not less W8 and intensity of 1d is 22MPa～27MPa.Intensity of 3d is 38MPa～45MPa and intensity of 28d is 55MPa～65MPa and the rate of upright direction expansion is not less 0.02% and its price is not more than 650$/m^3.
