摘要
信用是市场主体在经济活动中的基本规则。信用是一种经济关系 ,也是一种伦理要求。近年来 ,市场主体的信用缺失已成为我国经济健康运行的严重障碍。市场主体信用伦理的建设必须德法并用 ,用法律来保障 ,用信用政府的示范作用来推进 ,以强化信用意识来营造氛围 。
Credit is the basic principle and economic relations, as well as an ethnic request of market economy. Without it, the economy cannot operate healthy. The construct of credit system in market economy should be based on the protection of laws, the model promotion of government and the propaganda of such issues.
