摘要
不同浓度的甲醇老化花生种子引起不同程度的劣变。30%甲醇处理是甲醇胁迫的临介浓度。甲醇老化使萌发花生种子过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性下降,其中过氧化物酶和抗坏血酸氧化酶活性下降尤为显著,过氧化物酶活性在萌发后期有明显增加。甲醇胁迫使种子多酚氧化酶活性上升,而人工老化则明显下降,表明甲醇胁迫与人工老化对花生种子活力的影响存在不同的作用方式。
The vigor of peanut seeds was reduced by treated with various concentration of methanol(v/v) for 2 hrs.The higher the concentration of methanol,the lower was the vigor.The 30% con-centration of methanol was the critical point of methanol stress.When seeds were stressed with25% methanol,the activities of peroxidase,catalase and ascorbic acid oxidase decreased,and theactivity of polyphenol oxidase increased in germinating peanut seeds.Effects of methanol stressand artificial aging on peanut seed vigor were different.
