摘要
在分析DWD系统组成和工作原理的基础上,结合现场经验,将现场施工中DWD常见的问题归纳为浅层测试无脉冲、井下仪器无信号、仪器出现故障及测斜效果不理想4个主要方面。同时,综合分析了导致各种问题出现的原因,重点分析了非仪器故障因素造成问题出现的原因,并给出了问题诊断的方法和步骤,初步提出了解决方案。这对快速、准确地判断DWD问题出现的原因,及时采取正确的纠正措施,减少不必要的施工中断,缩短作业时间等具有重要的参考价值。
Based on analysis on the design and mechanism of DWD( Directional While Drilling), combined with field experiences, the common trouble s emerged from operating DWD are summarized as: no pulse in shallow tests, no bo ttomhole signals, unsatisfied survey and instrumental troubles. Moreover, this p aper analyzes thoroughly reasons resulting in all kinds of troubles, pays great emphasis on reasons for non instrumental troubles, presents the corresponding me asurements and procedures; and put forwards primary solutions. These countermeas ures are helpful to find out causes for DWD, take correct remedies, reduce unnec essary operational interruption and shorten operational cycle.
