构建动态文化场,是连云港市创建学习型城市的文化走向。构建动态文化场是全面建设小康社会的动力,也是紧跟当代形势发展和促进该市市民追求和实现自身价值的需要。构建动态文化场,必须对连云港市城市形象进行设计,必须特别重视连云港市历史文化建设,以孔望山为中心建立古代诗词歌赋碑林园,必须努力发展该市名人名牌文化,建立"连云港市名人园",必须增强该市文化的辐射力,必须加快进行教育改革,必须构筑多元学习平台,必须加快该市信息化进程。
Constructing dynamic cultural stage is the cultural trend of building up study-type city in Lianyungang. It is the impetus of building affluent society roundly; it is also the necessity of modern developement and promoting the citizen to pursue a lofty goal and realizing self-value. To construct dynamic cultural stage we must design the civics image; stress the historic civilization; build up the Kongwang mountain as the archaic cultural center of Lianyungang city; try our best to develop the culture of big names and authorities and build Lianyungang notable party; strengthen the radiant incidence of civic culture; carry on the reform of the old educational system; build up the polybasic study-platform and accelerate the progress of information society.
