Cyber bank is a new thing of the Internet.It breaks through the time- limit and place- limit of the traditional banks.At the same time, cyber bank brings much more opportunities and challenges to the banks in the backward areas. After analysing the importance and necessity of cyber bank business and some restrictive factors to develope cyber bank business,this article advances some methods to develop cyber bank business for the commercial banks in the backward areas on the base of the facts, qualified personnels' ushering and intensifying management and marketing.
