浅谈高职院校实验技术队伍建设的主要途径和方法

Methods of establishing laboratory team in higher vocational education

分析了目前高职院校实验室技术队伍建设中存在的队伍不稳,结构不合理、人员素质不高和积极性发挥不够等主要问题及原因;提出了更新转变观念、充实队伍、抓好培训、强化管理等建设高素质实验技术队伍的主要途径和方法。

The article analyzes the main existing problems resulting in shaky laboratory team,unreasonable structure, questionable competence of the team and lack of enthusiasm and it puts forward some principal means of renewing concept,substantiating the laboratory team,paying special attention to training and strengthening the mangement system, to establish a highly competent laboratory team in higher vocational education.
