SARS定点医院护理管理工作初探

The initial experiences of the administration of nursing care in an appointed hospital of SARS

作为收治SARS定点医院 ,针对SARS病房工作面临的护理人员来自不同的医院 ,对工作环境不熟悉 ,对护理呼吸系统传染病缺乏经验 ,近距离频繁接触病人 ,有被感染的危险等问题 ,提出了管理对策。及时制定适应SARS病房的规章制度和规范 ,加强岗前培训 ,合理调配护理人员 ,强化对护理质量的监控 ,狠抓消毒隔离工作的落实 ,做好个人防护 ,有效地预防院内感染的发生。

To discuss the initial experiences of the administration of nursing care in an appointed hospital of SARS and point out that the severe rules and the criterions, the strict training before the task, the reasonable preparation of nursing resources, quality control of nursing care and as well as individual protection and nosocomial are the key points in the wards of SARS.
