摘要
通过实验表明,粒径为40~80nm的碳酸钙因具有很好的触变性而被用于PVC汽车底盘防石击涂料,生成具有良好触变性和屈服值的纳米碳酸钙的工艺为:在氢氧化钙温度为15~25℃、质量分数为5%~10%时,通入二氧化碳,当碳化到pH=7时,停止通入二氧化碳,通过加入表面处理剂,经脂肪酸或脂肪酸盐改性后,处理剂用量为纳米碳酸钙的2.0%~4.0%。生成的纳米碳酸钙作为高档填料和流变助剂,应用于涂料、油墨及密封胶、粘合剂等,具有良好的触变性和屈服值。
NanoCaCO_(3) with particle diameter of 40~80 nm, through experiment, has shown its good rheological ability to be used in PVC chassis coating in order to prevent from stone punching. The technology for preparation of nanoCaCO_(3) with good rheological ability and high yield value is as following: The CO_(2) is introduced into Ca(OH)_(2), when the slurry temperature is 15~25 ℃, and the concentration is 5%~10% and stopped until the slurry pH=7. Then, the surface treatment agent is added and the dosage of treatment agent,which is reformed by fatty acid or its salt,is 2.0%~4.0% of nanoCaCO_(3) in weight. The performed nanoCaCO_(3),which is used as high quality fillers and rheological helping agent for coating, ink, sealing glue and adhesive,has presented its good rheological ability and high yield value.
