摘要
通过金相检验 ,扫描电镜等测试手段对转向齿扇摇臂轴断裂原因进行分析。结果表明 ,由于在淬火加热保温过程中 ,保护气氛中的氢渗入零件表面 ,零件装配后因承受拉应力而引起氢致延迟断裂。
In this paper,the fracture of the veering fan-shaped rocker shaft was analyzed by means of metallograph and SEM.The results show that,hydrogen diffused in the surface of veering fan-shaped rocker shaft during the holding process of quenching heating.After the shaft was installed,it fractured due to hydrogen and tensile stress.
