摘要
红根草邻醌是从植物中分得的天然产物。体内外研究表明有明显抗癌作用。红根草邻醌1～10mg/L对体外培养P388及L1210白血病细胞株有明显细胞毒作用,体内实验显示在25mg/kg时能延长4种腹水瘤小鼠的生存时间T/C值为168～234％。红根草邻醌对肿瘤细胞DNA合成有中等抑制作用,对RNA会成的抑制显示明显的量效关系,而对蛋白质合成无作用。
Saproorthoquinone is a natural product isolated from the root of Salvia prionitisHance for the first time. The results indicated that saproorthoquinone possessed asignificant antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. It showed cytotoxicity toward P388,L1210 cultured cells and therapeutic effect against various ascites tumors in mice.Saproorthoquinone inhibited the incorporation of [~3H]TdR and [~3H] UR into DNAand RNA, respectively, but had no significant effect on the incorporation of [~3H]Leuinto protein in P388 coltured cells.
