摘要
以马来甜龙和苏麻为例,从组培苗的生长环境条件调控,水分和营养肥料的施灌以及病虫害的防治总结出一套竹子组培苗移栽技术,为提高竹子组培苗成活率、促进商业化生产提供技术参考。
Taking two varieties of bamboos, Malatianlong and Suma, for example, a series of transplant technique on bamboos' tissue culture seedlings is summarized in the fields of seedlings' growth environment regulation, irrigation treatment, fertilizer application and insect pest control. It will provide a technical referrence for increasing the survival percent of bamboos' tissue culture seedlings so as to promote bamboo commericalized production.
