摘要
对废弃电路板的特点进行了简要的概括 ,对金属在电路板中的存在状态进行了分析 ,并根据电路板的特点采用高效冲击破碎机实现金属与非金属的有效解离 ,通过调节滚筒静电分选机的参数 ,实现废弃电路板中金属富集体的有效回收。试验结果表明 :插槽中的铝和铜在 5mm左右已经解离 ,电路板基板上的铜在 0 5mm左右基本获得解离 ;通过静电选 ,得到 - 2 +0 5mm粒级的金属富集体中 ,铜和铝的回收率分别达到 95 %和 90 %。
A high effective method of metal recovery from discarded printed circuit boards (PCBs) by electrostatic separator was introduced.The characteristics of discarded PBCs were summarized and the metal distributing status in the PCBs were also analyzed.Metals integrated with non-metals closed by bond or mechanical methods in the PCBs were liberated from non-metals by impact crusher and then recovered by adjusting the parameters of electrostatic separator.Experiment results showed that copper and aluminum metals distributed in the slot have liberated from nonmetals around 5 mm,copper metal around 0.5 mm in the copper clad laminate was liberated from non-metals.About 95% copper metal and 90% aluminum metal of -2+0.5 mm particle size and other metals were recovered in the metal concentrate by electrostatic separator.
