摘要
采用元素混合粉反应热压工艺制备了FeAl/TiC复合材料。研究了TiC含量、粘结相成分、以及反应热压工艺对致密化过程和力学性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料的密度随TiC含量的增加而减小,硬度和抗弯强度随TiC体积分数的增加而出现峰值,Al含量的增加有利于致密化,但因引入过多的氧化夹杂和热空位而导致力学性能的恶化。热压温度、压力等制度也对材料的制备和性能有一定影响。
FeAl/TiC composites were fabricated by reactive hot-pressing.The effects of TiC content,composition of the binder phase and reactive hot pressing processes on densification process and mechanical properties were studied.Results show that with the increase of TiC content,density of the composites decreases and hardness and bend strength have peak values.It is bene-ficial to densification to add more Al in the binder phase,however it will deteriorate mechanical properties due to excessive oxides and thermal vacancies.Finally,the parameters of hot pressing such as temperature and pressure can also affect fabri-cation and properties of the composites.
