摘要
用热丝法在硬质合金基体上沉积出金刚石涂层,对涂层的成分、结构、形貌、切削性能等进行了分析,结果证明用热丝法可获得较理想的金刚石薄膜。由于金刚石薄膜优良的使用性能和低成本,使其在工具应用方面有较广泛的市场,因此,加快其产业化的研究、扩大其产业规模,加快进入商品化阶段是CVD金刚石涂层的发展方向。
Deposited the diamond films with hot flame on the cemented carbide.Analyse its composition,structure,shape,and cut-ting performance.The results prove that we could get perfect diamond film with hot flame.Dut to its excellent performance of use and low cost,CVD diamond films with hot flame might have comprehensive market in tool application.So.To expedite research of its industrialization,To extend its industry scale,To quicken its enter into commercial phase are the developing direction of CVD diamond films.
