摘要 肿瘤细胞耐药是临床面临的具体问题,研究肿瘤耐药细胞的生理、生化、遗传特性,探索药物耐药形成的机理,对提高肿瘤化疗疗效有极大帮助。本文以HL-6细胞及其耐药变异株为实验材料。 A vincristine-resistant variant of HL-60 cell line HL-60/VCR displayed amultidrug resistance phenotype. It was demonstrated a high level of resistance to VCRand various degree of cross resistance to adriamycin and oolchicine. The vincristineresistance in HL-60/VCR cells can be partially reversed by VRPL (verapamil). Bythe cellular criteria and at gene expression level, retinoic acid (RA) seemed not beable to induced HL-60/VCR to differentiation. However it did so when HL-60/VCRwas cocultured with VRPL. These phenomenon implied that there is some correla-tion between the drug resistant phenotype and the induced differentiation of HL-60cells.
