摘要
混合封装电力电子集成模块 (IPEM)内功率电路对控制和驱动电路的电磁干扰是非常重要的问题 ,本文通过仿真和实验发现直流母线的寄生电感与功率器件的寄生电容在开关瞬态的高频寄生振荡是引起IPEM内EMI的主要原因之一。研究表明这个寄生振荡电流不经过负载而直接在正负直流母线和开关器件之间流动 ,形成一个高频的环流 ,从而对模块内的控制和驱动电路造成不利的影响。
Electromagnetic interference to the control and driver circuit caused by power circuit is a very important problem inside hybrid integrated power electronic module (IPEM). In this paper, simulation and experiments show that the high frequency current oscillations caused by the stray inductance of DC link and parasitic capacitor of power device at the moment of switch on or off are one of the main reason that leads to EMI inside IPEM. Research also shows that this current flows only between DC link and power devices like a circulating current, and does not flow through the load path. This high frequency circulating current brings disadvantageous effect to the control and driver circuit in the module.
