Technology-locking Strategy of China's Enterprises in Transnational Management

随着我国企业“走出去”步伐的加快,众多具有技术产品优势的国内企业也开始了自己的跨国经营之旅。然而,“走出去”的历程是辛酸的,许多企业在经营过程中逐渐丧失了自己的优势地位,竞争力削弱。因此,借鉴当今跨国公司的先进经验,制定技术锁定战略来保持自身的技术优势便是我国企业跨国经营必须掌握的策略之一。

With the development of globalization, numerous China's enterprises, with the advanced technological products, have opportunities to develop in foreign countries. However, many enterprises have lost their advantages and international competitiveness. Therefore, China's transnational enterprises should learn from the corresponding foreign enterprises and formulate technology-locking strategy to maintain their own technical advantages.
