硒对MNNG致突变性的抑制作用 被引量:1

摘要 用Ames试验对亚硒酸钠、硒酵母及维生素C的抗致突变作用进行了研究。结果,亚酸酸钠和硒酵母对HNBG的致突变性均有一定的抑制作用,其抑制率分别为46.5%~66.5%和19%~37.9%。亚硒酸钠的抗致突变作用强于硒酵母。维生素C对MNNG致突变性的抑制率为25.1~62.4%。 By using the Ames test, we studied sodium selenite and selenium yeast to block theMNNG mutagenesis. The results showed that sodium selenite and selenium yeast all hadinhibition to mutagenesis caused by MNNG. The inhibition rate were 45.5-66.5% and2.8-37.9% respectively. The effect of inhibition of sodium selenite was stronger thanthat of selenium yeast. It was also found that the inhibition rate of vitamin C was 25.1-62.4%.
