The objective of establishing a well-off society is strategically significant. To establish such a society, some measures should be taken, for example, the strategy of developing country through science and technology should be carried on to instruct the rounded citizens; the problem of low income should be resolved to enrich all the nation; green finance system should be established and improved to carry on the sustainable development.
