The rule of the impact of large blood vessels on the lesion boundary of invasive microware heat field coagulation for liver tumor was studied for different critical conditions by computer simulation under Reynolods law. The critical conditions are:when the large blood vessels are located out of coagulation lesion; the critical distance when the 54℃ isothermic surface is influence; the critical distance when large blood vessels are located on the outer edge of coagulation lesion; when the large blood vessels are all located within coagulation lesion; and the critical distance when the temperature of their surrouding tissue is not less than 54℃, Curves were rendered for relationship between diameters of large diameter blood vessels and distances-blood vessels under different critical conditions.
