摘要
目的 研究香榧假种皮中的化学成分。方法 采用色谱技术分离纯化 ,自 85%乙醇提取物中分得 3个木脂素化合物 ,应用光谱技术 (IR ,EI MS ,1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,DEPT ,2D NMR) ,确定了它们的化学结构。结果 3个化合物分别为松脂素 (I) ,二氢脱水二聚松柏醇 (II) ,(7,8 cis 8,8′ trans) 2′ ,4′ 二羟基 3 ,5 二甲氧基 落叶松脂素 (III)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分得 。
AimTo separate and identify the chemical constituents of the aril of Torreya gran dis cv. Merrilli. MethodsThree lignins were isolated by chromatography and their chemical structures were elucidated by IR, EI-MS, 1HNMR , 13 CNMR , DEPT and 2D-N MR spectral methods. ResultsThree lignins were identified as pinonesinol, dihydrodehydrodiconiferylalcohol a nd (7,8-cis-8,8′-trans)-2′,4′dihydroxyl-3,5-dimethoxy-laricire sinol. ConclusionThese compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time, and compound III is a new compound.
