摘要
采用醇法,以Ni(NO)2·6H2O和H2C2O4·2H2O为原料,研究了工艺参数如原料选择、煅烧温度、醇的种类、起始浓度、陈化时间等对NiO纳米粉体晶粒尺寸的影响。用XRD,TEM,BET等方法对粉体进行了表征。结果表明,以乙醇为溶剂,成功地制备了粒径约为10nm、分布范围窄、稳定的NiO粉体。而以异丙醇为溶剂时,所得粉体的晶粒更易长大;起始原料浓度越大,粉体的粒径越大;陈化时间越长,粒径越大。
Nanocrystalline NiO particles are synthesized by using Ni(NO3)2· 6 H2O and H2C2O4· 2H2O as starting materials via alcohol method. The influence of process parameters such as the choice of raw materials, calcinations temperatur e, and concentration of raw material, the aging time and the kind of alcohol on the as-synthesized nanocrystalline NiO particles is studied. The particles are characterized by XRD, TEM and BET.The results show that the particle size of th e obtained NiO particles are about 10 nm after calcining the as-prepared precu rsor of NiC2O4· 2H2O at 400℃ for 1 hour by using ethanol as solvent, exhibiti ng narrow size distribution and phase stability While 2-proponal as solvent, the size of NiO particles are relatively bigger. The size is increased with i ncreasing the concentration of raw materials and the aging time.
