通过对所承担的重、大、难、新项目的建设管理实践的总结,探索了加强项目管理的方法和手段,提出规范招投标、加强设计管理、强化过程控制、尽可能节约投资,提升工程建设技术水平、加强内部管理的工程建设管理思路。
The essay explores the approaches and means on strengthening project management according to thesummarization of the construction management practices on important, large, difficult and new projects, and puts forward theconstruction management thought on unifying bidding, strengthening design management, intensifying process control, savinginvestment, improving technology level of construction and strengthening internal management.
