Surface Modification of Graphite by Aluminum Isopropoxide

摘要 本文用异丙醇铝作前驱物,通过非均匀成核法使鳞片石墨表面包覆氢氧化铝,石墨表面由疏水性变为亲水性。通过实验探讨了溶液pH值和聚乙烯醇加入量对改性的影响。以角度法和透过测量法测量接触角,用差热失重检测石墨抗氧化性。实验证明改性后石墨的润湿性和抗氧化性都有较大提高。 Aluminum isopropoxide is choosed as material. Its hydrolysate ——aluminum hydroxide is coatedon the surface of flaky graphite to improve the wetting property by heterogeneous nucleation process. Theeffects of pH value and concentration of PVA are studied. Some properties of graphite are measured and they showthat the wettability and antioxidation of treated graphite are improved.
