摘要
分析制约东北经济发展的资源配置障碍 ,提出支持东北经济振兴的资源配置体系模式、过程 ,以及产权、制度、管理体系建设方法。
The paper analyses the problems obstructing the economy developing in the northeast of China,and points the model and process of disposition system of resources,the building way of property rights,system,and the administrative system.
