摘要
本文从资源开始利用与经济发展的角度、系统阐述我国矿业经济最显著的三个特点 ,并在此基础上 ,指出中国矿业融资变化情况和存在的问题 ,提出相关政策建议。
From the angles of resource exploitation and economical development,the anticle systematically demonstrates the 3 striking featutes of china's mineral economy.And it also identifies the changing situations of financing lease of china's mining industry as well as the existing problems,and some relative suggestions.
