摘要
本文就新型阳离子浮选药剂进行了铁矿反浮选脱硅的试验研究。结果表明 :在 pH =6~ 12的范围内 ,新型药剂CS1和组合药剂 (CS2 ∶CS1=2 )的捕收能力与十二胺相当 ,但选择性更好。磁选铁精矿反浮选脱硅试验表明 :新型组合药剂在获得与十二胺相近的铁品位前提下 ,铁回收率提高了8 32 %。同时对硬水有较好的适应性 ,铁精矿品位仍可保持在 6 9%以上 ,回收率 90 %以上。具有较好的适应性 ,是铁矿反浮选脱硅的有效捕收剂。
In this inverstigation,reverse flotation de-silicate experiments have been conducted on iron ores with new cationic collectors.The test results indicated that the collector(CS 2∶CS 1=2)is equal to the dodecylamine,but the selectivity is better in the range of pH 6~12.The reverse flotation tests on the magnetic concentrate have also shown that the new combination collector obtains the equal iron concentrate grade with dodecylamine,but the iron recovery increases 8.32%.The combination collector also have good adaptabilition to the hard water,the iron concentrate grade can still keeps above 69%,and the recovery keeps above 90%.
