摘要
以动态制造联盟的最小完备单元图为出发点,区分单元之间的线性作用和非线性作用。在线性作用下,建立常系数微分方程组形式的系统效应模型。在非线性作用下,运用并扩充了生物数学中的二维Volterra模型而得到系统效应模型。对两种模型求解过程和求解结果进行应用,可以作为进行单元指标集特性确定、选择和分析单元盈利趋势的工具。
Beginning with the minimal complete cells graph in dynamic manufacturing alliance, the linear was distinguished from nonlinear relation among cells. Under the linear interactions, a systematic effect model(SEM) was created in the form of constant coefficient differential equation. Under the nonlinear interactions, the two dimensional Volterra model were applied and extended, then a new SEM in the form of Volterra model was developed. The solution and its process can be the tool for determining the characteristics of cells, cells selection and the analysing of returns trend of cells.
