摘要
建立了一个用于电网规划的多目标优化模型。模型中同时计及了规划方案的经济性和可靠性双重目标。通过对各目标实现程度的隶属函数进行定义,将多目标优化问题转变成模糊规划问题进行求解。最后,本文还给出了我国某城市电网规划的计算结果,证明了所提模型及算法的可行性。
This paper presents a multi-objective optimization model for power network planning,in which the economy and reliability of the network plan are considered simultaneously. By defining the membership function of the realization extent of each objective, the multi-objective optimization problem has been turned into a fuzzy programming problem to be solved. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm is verified through numerical examples of a practical system.
