肝硬化门脉高压症患者围手术期血小板膜糖蛋白测定及意义

The value of platelet membrane glycoproteins during perioperative period in patients with portal hypertension

目的 :肝硬化门脉高压症患者围手术期血小板膜糖蛋白的测定及意义。方法 :应用流式细胞术分别测定 32例行脾切除断流术肝硬化门脉高压症患者术前 2d、术后 3d、10d外周血血小板膜糖蛋白CD6 2P、CD6 3、TSD阳性百分比。结果 :肝硬化门脉高压症患者术前CD6 2P、CD6 3、TSD阳性百分比较正常参考值为高 ,术后较术前升高。结论 :肝硬化门脉高压患者血小板处于活化状态 。

Objective:To study the value of platelet membrane glycoproteins (CD62P、、CD63、TSD)during perioperative period in patients with portal hypertension(PH).Methods:CD62P、CD63、 TSD were measured by flow cytometry at 2rd day before operation,3rd day after operation,10 th day after operation respectively.Results:The difference of platelet activation was significant between PH group and controll group (P<0.05).The value of CD62P、CD63、 TSD increased after operation.Conclusion:The platelet membrane glycoproteins is activatied in patients with portal hypertension and its expression increased after operation.
