摘要 随着蛋白质组学相关技术的迅速发展 ,蛋白质组学已成为当今细胞生物学领域中极其活跃的学科。蛋白质组学的核心技术包括双相电泳、质谱分析、蛋白质组信息学。蛋白质组学从新的角度研究肿瘤 ,寻找肿瘤标记蛋白 ,进而阐明其表达水平的变化与肿瘤发生、发展不同阶段的相互关系 ,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要意义。作者就蛋白质组学研究相关技术。 With the quick development revelant techniques, proteomics is a very active subject in modern biological fields. The key techniques of proteomics are two dimensional electrophoresis, mass spectrometry and bioinformatics. From the new point of view, proteomics may play a vital role in the early detection of neoplasm by looking for tumor specific protein and elucidating the relationship between the change of expression and different phases of tumorigenesis. The article briefly review the relevant technique, strategy and application for the early diagnosis of in digestive system tumors.
