摘要
利用半定量RT PCR方法对 1 7种细胞的Id基因表达进行了检测 ,发现在CD34+阳性干细胞增殖过程中 ,Id1由不表达到适度表达 ,而Id2由中等程度表达到高表达。Id3、Id4的表达在扩增前后变化不大。说明Id1和Id2在脐带造血细胞扩增过程中可能参与作用。在 2种肺癌、2种肠癌及一种肝癌、乳腺癌细胞中Id1~Id4的表达呈现一定的规律 ,对于同一类癌细胞株其表达基本相同或相似 ,而不同类癌细胞株其表达则相差较大 ,说明对某一类细胞株 ,Id1~Id4有相对稳定的作用。实验对深入认识Id基因的作用。
Using RT\|PCR technique, the expression of Id mRNA was detected in the 17 kinds of cells.Id1 mRNA do not express in CD34\++ stem cells purified from umbilical cord blood while Id2 has moderate expression.However, Id1 mRNA expresses and Id2 dominantly expresses during multiplication of CD34\++ stem cells, whereas Id3 and Id4 mRNA do not show any significant changes of expression.Therefore the Id1 and Id2 might play an important role during multiplication of CD34\++ stel cells. The pattern of Id expression in five lung cancers, two intestine cancers, one liver cancer and one breast white blood cells show smoe orderliness. Expression of Id mRNA varied with different species of cancers.
