摘要
报导了研制的双棱镜胶合紧凑型Michelson干涉仪。用PZT压电陶瓷紧粘于棱镜表面,通过光电反馈控制,实现光学双稳性,以达到对激光光强稳定的目的。
A campact twin prism Michelson interferometer is presented,in which a PZT ring is pasted on a prism surface connected with electrical circuits. Through feedback and modulation, the optical bistability is realized and the stabilization of laser intensity is acquired.
