摘要 介绍了网络数字语音通讯的过程、原理和关键技术。论述了音频采集与播放的3种模式并且对它们的特点进行了分析比较。讨论了音频数据的压缩方法和传输方法,音频采集、播放3种技术中效果最好而实现困难的是DirectSound方法。采用Client/Server模式实现LAN语音通讯软件,并给出了设计、实现方法和关键代码。通过在LAN和DDN上运行测试,数字语音通讯软件在音质和延时上达到了IP电话的效果。作为一种应用,可以充分利用LAN的带宽优势,使LAN具有内部电话网的功能,具有相当好的应用前景。 The process, principle and key technologies of digital speech communication based on network were introduced. The three modes of voice collection and playback as well as their specialty were presented. The compress methods and transmission methods of audio data were discussed. The use of DirectSound, which is the best and most difficult in three techniques of voice collection and playback, was explained in detail. The design and development of the digital speech communication LAN software, which is based on the techniques above - mentioned, was recited in detail. The software reaches the effect of IP phone on timbre and lime - delay. As an application based on LAN, the software can make well use of the superiority bandwidth of LAN and make it an inside telephone - net and have a good future of application.
