摘要
在外压容器的设计中,增加加强圈和加大容器壁厚是增加容器刚度和提高外压容器的临界压力的两种方法,尤其在外压容器筒体上适当的增设加强圈更为经济。在加强圈设计中,在选好型钢的类型之后,确定其具体尺寸,为简化计算,给出扁钢的估选公式,利用该公式可以使外压容器中扁钢加强圈的设计计算一次完成。根据比较加强圈与壳体组合截面所需要惯性矩I,加强圈与壳体起加强作用的有效段组合截面实际具有的惯性矩IS,并根据我国现行的设计规范及标准中的相关设计规定推导估算公式。
During the designing of external pressure cylinders, there are two methods to increase critical pressure of the external pressure cylinders. One is adding flat - strap - made stiffening ring and the other is increasing the thickness of the cylinder, especially the former is more economic than the latter. After the steel type was selected, in order to simplify the calculation of the designing of flat-strap- made stiffening ring, the estimation formulas of flat steel were provided now. By making use of the formulas, the designing calculation of flat - strap - made stiffening ring of external pressure cylinders can be carried out by only one time calculation. The deduction principle of the estimation formula of flat steel for stiffening ring is worked out by comparing I (which is the inertia moment needed by compound section of flat steel for stiffening ring and carass) with /s( which is the actual inertia moment of effective compound section of flat steel for stiffening ring and carass) and with relevant design regulation of the current design criterion and standard.
