车灯光源的优化设计

摘要 通过建立直角坐标系,利用线、面方程得出以下结论:1.根据由光源发射的辐射能均匀分布在以点光源为中心的球形波阵面上,把所求的总功率之比转化为以线光源一点F′为球心,|F′B|为半径(B为灯口边缘最上的顶点)的球面被灯口所截得的两个球冠面积之比,经计算得直射光总功率反射光总功率≈0.690683.2.直射光的亮区是由圆滑动而成.3.光源放在车灯焦点处效果最佳. This article draws the following conclusions by setting up the right angle's coordinate system and making use of the line and the surface's equation: 1. According to the feature that radiation from light source can be distributed equally on the spherical wave lattice (surface) which takes the light source's point as the centre, transforms the rate of the total powers under calculation into the rate of the two spherical coronas' areas, which are cut by the light's mouth of the spherical surface and which take the focas F′ as the centre of spheres and F′B′s absolute value as the radius of them (B as the edge of the light's mouth point) and then works out: total power of the directlighttotal power of the reflectinglight=0690683. 2. The bright area of the direct light and the reflecting light is made of the sliding circle. 3. The bright area of reflex is enclosed by the reflection points of two ends of linear lamp-house at the edge of orifice of lamp and points of intersection with testing screen.
