On The Lead and Control of Continuing Education for Primary and Middle School I'eachers

摘要 通过对中小学教师继续教育的调查研究,发现中小学教师自身对继续教育在观念和认识上存在着自觉性不高,行为被动、学员选课避重就轻,流于形式、培养模式上重校外培训轻校本培训等问题,并在此基础上探讨了正确引导和调控中小学教师继续教育的途径和方法。 Based on the investigation, we found out that problems had existed in the continuing education for primary and middle school teachers, such as lack of self-consciousness, passive action, avoiding the important and dwell on the trivia in course selection, emphasizing the form and regarding after school training and belittling in school training etc. This paper puts forward some means beneficial to the lead and control of continuing education for primary and middle school teachers.
