摘要
教育理念是一种理性认识和价值判断 ,对校长的治校行为发生重要影响。教育理念的形成有着社会背景、学术背景和实践背景 ,其特性表现为思想性、实践性、发展性和前瞻性。它决定着办学思路 ,通过课程设置来体现 ,又通过教育策划做出战略性思考 ,在实践的层面上不断地丰富、发展。
Ideas about education is a kind of rational awareness and judgment of value, which exerts impact on the principal’s management of the school. The formation of educational idea is subject to social, academic and practical background, the features of which are manifested as being ideological, practical, developmental and foresighted. It determines the idea of running school is embodied by the curriculum, produces strategic thinking through educational planning and is continually enriched and developed in pratice.
