A Reform of Talent-training Model of Adult Higher Education

成人高等教育人才培养模式基本上沿用普通高等教育的人才培养模式,在培养规格、课程体系、教学方法、考试考核等方面存在着种种弊端;只有通过改革,实施多元化的人才培养模式,才能克服这些弊端;要实施多元化的人才培养模式,必须在培养规格、培养方式、教学内容、教学管理、教学活动和考试考核等方面,采取切实可行的改革措施。

Talent-training model of adult education almost follows the model of full-time higher education and owns several disadvantages in the aspects of training standards, course system, teaching method and examination. Only through reform and carrying out pluralistic talent-training model, these disadvantages can be overcome. In so doing, we must take practical measures in such aspects as teaching contents, teaching administration, teaching activity and examination.
