摘要
本文报导了“增效双效灵(HDE”的 Ames 试验结果。结果表明,HDE 有抑菌能力,其最大无抑菌浓度为1.225%(W/V)。在本试验条件下未发现其有致突变活性。
Homodemycine(HDE)is a new amino acid pesticide.It's mutagenicity
was examined by means of Ames test(salmonella/microsome mutagenicity test).The
results showed that HDE was able to inhibit the growth of salmonella,the maximum
tolerated concentration was 1.225%(W/V);but it's mutagenic action failed to be
found out under our experiment conditions.
