摘要 目的 探讨CD4 4v6、P5 3和nm2 3H1基因蛋白表达与胃癌临床病理学行为和患者预后的关系。方法 应用免疫组化技术检测 12 0例胃癌组织中CD4 4v6、P5 3和nm2 3H1基因蛋白表达 ,并结合肿瘤的病理学行为和临床随访资料分析。结果 在胃癌组织中 ,CD4 4v6、P5 3和nm2 3H1表达阳性率分别为 81 7%、6 8 3%和 4 8 3%。CD4 4v6和P5 3高表达和nm2 3H1低表达均与胃癌浆膜浸润、淋巴结转移和患者预后呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 CD4 4v6、P5 3和nm2 3H1表达与胃癌转移和患者生存期密切相关 ,检测CD4 4v6、P5 3和nm2 Objective To study the expression of cell adhesion molecular CD44v6, P53 and nm23H1 gene protein in gastric carcinoma (SGC) and their relationship with the pathological behavior and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical staining has used to detect the expression of CD44v6, P53 and nm23H1 gene protein in 120 cases of SGC. The study was also combined with analysis of the pathological behavior and clinical follow-up survey of SGC. Results The positive expression rate of CD44v6 and CD44v6, P53 and nm23H1 protein in SGC were 81.7%, 68.3% and 48.3%,respectively. The high level expression of CD44v6 and P53 the low expression of nm23H1 were positively correlated with the stage of lymph node metastasis and the prognosis of patients (P<0.05). Conclusions These data showed the expression of CD44v6, P53 and nm23H1 protein was closely relation to the potential of metastasis and survival rate in SGC. CD44v6, P53 and nm23H1 protein may be prognostic indicators in SGC.
