重庆雾水对体外肺泡巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本文采集了重庆市三个污染轻重不同地区的雾水,并探讨了它们对体外PAM胞内ACP活性的影响。结果显示:污染严重的雾水对ACP活性呈现早期短暂抑制,中期明显激活,后期缓慢下降的峰形改变,在酶活性上升同时伴随酶染色区域在细胞内的扩散;污染轻的雾水仅有早期抑制作用而无刺激酶活性升高的表现。 Three fogwater samples were collected from different sites in Chongqing and their toxic effect on the PAM's acid phosphatase (ACP) activities in vitro were determined quantitatively by microspectrophotometer, The results showed that the fogwarer polluted seriously caused ACP activity a dramatic 3- stage changes: inhibited shortly at 1st hour, increased significantly to a peak value at middle time (4th or 8th hour), with the ACP activity increase, the stain area of ACP in cytoplasm also extension, indicating there were damage in lysosomal membrane. On the other hand, the fogwater that polluted slightly failed to inerease the ACP activity in whole period, besides a shortly inhibition at 1st hour of exposure.
