穿琥宁治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Clinical investigation of Kall Dehydro Andrographolide Succinaspro on pedopneumonia

目的 观察中药穿琥宁对小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法 将 65例肺炎患儿随机分为两组 ,均使用青霉素 2 .5万U/kg溶于 0 .9%生理盐水 15 0ml中静脉滴注 ,Bid ;治疗组 ( 3 0例 )加用穿琥宁注射液 10～ 15mg/kg加入 5 %葡萄糖内静滴 ,qd ;对照组 ( 3 5例 )加用病毒唑 10～ 15mg/kg加入 10 %葡萄糖内静滴 ,qd ;均治疗 7日为一疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率 96.6% ,对照组总有效率71.4% ,两组总有效率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。症状及体征恢复时间治疗组均显著少于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 穿琥宁疗效显著 ,用药安全 ,无毒副作用 ,是目前治疗小儿肺炎较理想的药物之一。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Kall Dehydro Andrographolide Succinaspro on pedopneumonia.Methods 65 patients with pedopneumonia were divided into two groups at random. Treatment group was given Kall Dehydro Andrographolide Succinaspro injection 10～15mg/kg daily combined with penicillin 2.5×104U bid for 7 days. Control group was given virazole njection 10～15 mg/kg daily combined with penicillin 2.5×104U bid for 7 days.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 96.6% and 71.4%, respectively. The effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.01). Recover time of symptoms and signs of treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Kall Dehydro Andrographolide Succinaspro injection is good and safe drug in the treatment of pedopneumonia.
