The Main Reasons and Countermeasures Against the Absence of Business Trust in China: An Analysis Based on Game Theory

孤立静止地看企业诚信问题 ,容易将企业诚信缺失的主要根源归结为道德问题或打击力度不够 ,但运用博弈论对诚信机制进行的讨论 ,使我们看到建立和完善企业诚信机制是一项涉及产权制度等因素的复杂系统工程。本文的分析还初步证明了企业诚信系统的建立和完善程度对市场经济体制的完善和发达程度的高度依存关系。

It is easier to attribute the absence of business trust, if deal withabsolutely and taken as a standstill, simply to a moral problem or less measures against run-counters. The introduction of game theory in our discussion, however, may help us have a first but clear glimpse that the improvement of business trust is in fact a complex and systematic project involving factors such as property institutions. Moreover, this paper also proves that such an improvement is highly dependent upon the development of the market system.
