高崖边坡上高重心构筑物地基事故的原因及防治——重庆某电信杆倒塌事故的分析研究

REASONS FOR FOUNDATION FAILURE OF STRUCTURES WITH HIGH GRAVITY CENTRE ON CLIFF AND ITS PREVENTION——An investigation and analysis on a collapse accident of electric poles

本文以位于高崖边坡处某造成特大伤亡事故的电信杆倒塌事故为例,通过对其地质条件、周围环境及受力状况等诸多因素的全面分析研究,提出了事故发生的原因,并由此对山区地基中普遍存在的高崖边坡上高重心构筑物及一般建筑物地基事故的原因和防治,提出了具体的分析和措施。

According to an example of electric poles collapse oncliff which leads to a serious accident,this paper analyses its geologiccondition,environment,load,internal force and so on.The reasons whythe accident occured are presented.Some specific methods and measuresare used to analyse and prevent the collapse accidents of ordinary struc-tures and building with high gravity centre.It usually occurrs on cliffin mountain area.
