摘要
采用连续铸挤工艺生产6201电工铝合金线材。对成形影响因素:熔炼工艺,铸挤轮转速,浇注温度,冷却水流量等进行了研究。结果表明:采用合理的熔炼工艺,在铸挤轮转速为15r/min,冷却水流量为10~15L/min,浇注温度为740~780℃的情况下,6201电工铝合金线材表面质量好,气孔少,内部无氧化夹杂,强化相元素镁和硅完全固溶,合金线材显微组织为合适的淬火组织。
Continous casting and extrusion (CASTEX) technology is adopted to produce 6201 electric aluminium alloy rod.The factors affecting the forming of 6201 electric aluminium alloy rod,melting technology,CASTEX wheel velocity,pouring temperature of alloy,and flux of cooling water are studied.Results indicate that reasonable melting technology,under the condition of velocity of 15 r/min,flux of cooling water of 10~15 L/min,pouring temperature of 740~780℃,6201 electric aluminium alloy rod has good surface quality and less porosity,little oxygen material & impurities exist inside the rod;hardening element:Mg & Si solid solved completely,the microstructure of the rod is proper quenching microstructure.
