摘要
研究了在超声波导入杆与振动子之间的各种共振度下,超声波振动对Al Si合金,Al Zn合金铸锭组织的影响,分析了超声波对铝合金铸锭细化的作用效果。结果表明:随着超声波导入杆与振动子之间的共振程度的增加,铸锭的细化效果也大幅度增加。并用氯化铵水溶液对这一结果进行了模拟试验。
The effect of resonance degree between ultrasonic horn and oscillator on structure of aluminum alloy ingots was investigated. Influence factor of ultrasonic on grain refinement of aluminum alloy ingots is analyzed. The results revealed that the grain refinement effect tend to increase with increasing the resonance degree between ultrasonic horn and oscillator. Furthermore, the simulation test was studied by using ammonium chloride.
